Delete your Doomreader account
For Doomreader on Android (com.doomreaderapp) and at doomreaderapp.com.
How to delete it
- Open Doomreader, in the Android app or at doomreaderapp.com/app in any browser.
- Tap the account button at the top right, and sign in if you aren't already.
- Tap Delete my account, type delete and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account: your name, email address and user id.
- Everything kept in the cloud for you: the book files you synced, saved articles, reading progress, likes, notes and shelves.
- Your Doomreader Pro plan.
What is kept
- Records of purchases and the GST invoices issued for them, which Indian tax law requires us to keep for up to 72 months.
- The books and articles on your own device. Deleting the account doesn't touch them; uninstall the app or clear the site's data to remove them too.
Your subscription
Deleting your account also cancels Doomreader Pro, so you won't be charged again.
